The Hollywood/Vine location gives productions several distinct looks within one compact footprint. Two custom 10-foot coworking tables with office chairs can play as a startup office, writers’ room, production hub, or communal workspace. An airplane-wing computer table, five wall-mounted monitors, glass and sliding doors, and the sound booth add graphic, camera-ready details.
The seven sleeping pods and shared living areas work especially well for reality television, documentary interviews, lifestyle content, music videos, editorial photography, and film-and-stay concepts. Productions can identify the rooms and angles they need during a scout, and private-use or larger-area arrangements may be available by inquiry.
